Its the right time to share my feelings about Healix. I admitted here followed by an RTA. I was in ICU and scheduled discharge today. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Jayanth & Laxman sir(brought me to hospital)-for bringing me out of danger. Special thanks to Dr Suma, Dr Kishore, Dr Harshitha, Dr Ramana, Sini (NS) and all nursing staff...for taking care of me. I was an employee here. I wanted to confess that its the routine best care , not special care which i received from healix. Everyone is special for Healix. I guarentee you that the most extreme care and expertized mangement you can expect from healix. I recommend strongly Healix if you seek best treatment for any kind of diseases or surgeries. Hi Everyone, I’m really happy that I decided to shift to Healix Hospital during my dengue treatment. 6 Star Service We admitted my mother couple of times because of emergencies. Every time Dr.Jayanth sir gave right treatment at right time and brought her medical condition to normal. He suggests patients what to eat, what not to eat, how to tackle the problem, how much time it takes to heal etc., It's good that we have dedicated staff, for causality, for each floor and for ICU. Bathrooms are maintained well and hygienic. Floors are very neat. Doctors/Nurses are very responsive. They have patience to understand the patient's problems and address them quickly. Infrastructure is also good. Negative: Mosquitoes - Should find a way to tackle this. Specially in Lift. ~ Rajesh K

Very good service is provided by the hospital staff. Dr. Jayanth of Gastroenterology department is the best in the surrounding area. We have admitted my mother in the hospital because of the complexions related to Intestine in Helix Hospital. Dr. Jayanth took utmost care and cleared all the complexions for my mother. ICU staff, Dietician, Ward staff all have provided best services. One thing is Dr. Jayanth doesn't proceed further for treatment unless the issue is diagnosed with proper examination. Healix hospital is one of "The Best" hospital for Covid treatment. I certainly recommend this hospital to everyone. I joined Healix for Covid treatment with high fever (above 102 -103 degrees) for continous 12 days and within a day after joining, doctors were able to control the fever down to normal and eventually got discharged after 7 days healthy. Though it was our first experience with Healix, the confidence given by doctors and after seeing their treatment to me, even I dared to admit my wife who was in the similar position as I was initially. Though we both had different symptoms they treated us as appropriately and helped us in recovering from covid. We are deeply indebted to Dr.Jayanth sir, Dr. Suresh garu and other doctors for providing us an excellent treatment. Thanks to the nurses Sandhya, Sony and other staff for taking care of us 24 * 7 during our treatment. Hygiene and cleanliness well maintained in the hospital, thanks to the cleaning staff. We opted for this hospital by checking Google reviews and our choice is correct...I got admitted here due to viral infection which lead to platelets count down I have been here for 4 days and I opted for insurance cashless process.Staff behaviour,nurse come time to time to check the health and give medicines,doctors attitude is good.Prices of tests are also reasonable,unlike other hospitals in this area Heliax is affordable and treatment is good. ~ Yamini S

I am writing this message with deep gratitude for the incredible care and life-saving treatment provided during a very critical time. My Father was admitted to Healix hospital on 24-June-2025 in an serious condition following complications from a previous laparoscopic epigastric hernia surgery performed by Surgeon Dr.Abhilash Nali @Apollo Spectra at Kondapur performed at 16-June-2025. Due to the use of unsterilized surgical equipment in the earlier procedure, Father effected with severe fungal infection that affected liver and other Organs. Decided not go again to that Surgeon and Visited Doctor Jayanth Sir for problem identification. Sir accurately identified the root cause of the issue and the decision to perform a re-surgery to remove the infected mesh and treatment performed to control the infection was both timely and life-saving.
